Strategy and Tactics - Defeating Armor

Get heavy weapons on the rooftops. Tanks have weak armor topside.
Attack from multiple angles. Vehicles with turrets have to pick their targets carefully.
Don't be afraid to ram a vehicle using another vehicle via a Charge action. Many vehicles get 4xD10 on a Close Combat action. Many time multiple rolls beats shooting once.
Break into multiple fire teams. This greatly limits their reaction abilities and makes flanking easier.
Don't present your anti-armor infantry one or two at a time. When you are ready to shoot, fire with everything you've got. If you don't swarm you will be picked apart over time by return fire.
Deny an enemy vehicle movement. Surround it with infantry on all four sides. It will be forced to sit still or waste an action on a Charge or Shoot to clear the way. Charging in with APCs and then deploying the grunts around the vehicle is more effective. Your vee can take one of the 4 sides.
While it is slower, move into or through cover/buildings where vehicles can't follow you.
